I currently have 24 years experience working in kitchens of all standards. This experience ranges from all European cuisine, pastry and baking. My skills in all departments of a kitchen are very strong, from cleanliness, safety, preparation of food and limiting wastage, which is one of my main priorities in a kitchen, recycling dishes, sauces etc. so wastage is minimal as possible.

I have held several Head Chef positions in service kitchens throughout the UK, ranging from UK cuisine to most European Cuisine. My skills in pastry and baking are second to none also. My most recent position was a vegetarian only estate so my skills in cooking for vegetarian and vegan have strengthened immensely

I am looking for a Private Chef position to a family in Dubai at present and i am ready for an start as soon as is possible.

I have my health & safety and first aid certificates also.

I pride myself on being very particular to my employee's/clients needs and pre planning there weekly meals, issuing my client with all there weekly meal lists ahead, ingredient list etc. before there dishes are prepared. Also i have a serious cleanliness regime for any kitchen i have ever worked or been in control of.

As an individual, i am a very friendly people person who thrives on meeting different people from all walks of life. I like to hear about other peoples lives, up bringing etc. which makes my profession extra special, associating with and learning different skills from all parts of the world.

Chef Kevin was awesome!! We celebrated our friend’s birthday by having private dinner and everything was smooth, fun and most importantly delicious! Chef has a very nice engaging personality and great cooking skills. He made the night very memorable with a lot of laughter. Definitely recommend him ????
