I am a professional chef with 9 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. Starting from my home country Greece working in fish restaurant and then to a sushi bar. Travelling to France to work in Paris Champs Elysees for a Greek restaurant as a Junior Sous Chef. Then in Saint Tropez opening the same restaurant in the biggest tourist attraction Pampelonne Ramatuelle.Next station where i am located right now Dubai. Working as a professional chef in the position of Sous Chef in W palm Jumeirah for the opening of a Mediterranean Beach Club.
