Professional in Food and Beverage Management, The Latin American Experience.
I started to cook since I was a child with my mom and my grandmother. Professionally I have worked in Astrid & Gaston, on the list of the World 50 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino, 5 stars hotels in Buenos Aires and Dubai. In Argentina I worked at the best hotels in Argentina such as Faena Hotel. In Dubai I was a part of the preopening team of Conrad Hotel on Sheik Sayed road along with 6 restaurants, moved after few years to Solutions Leisure (Asia Asia and Q43) cooking Pan Asian Cuisine and New American. My last two years in Dubai I worked at Alto Mar Restaurant in the Fishing Harbour cooking Mediterranean and Portuguese food always using the fresh catch from the Harbour itself.
Currently I'm the owner of Taste Kitchen Club, in Colombia, where we teach people how to cook. From kids to families we also work in team building, caterings, wine tastings, coffee tastings and restaurant consultancy.
