I am a professional chef of fifteen years and have worked in the hospitality industry in various front of house and management roles for twenty. I trained at Michelin star luxury hotels in my home country of Scotland and have a wide repertoire of cuisine and styles .
Thankfully my profession has brought me all over the world and I have cooked in many different countries such as France , Spain , Italy and the USA on super yachts and luxury villas .
I love to cook in a healthy , versatile refined style focusing on attention to detail and high quality leaving a wonderful impression on my clients. Creating a talking point at the table is a passion of mine and I make sure all the guests needs are catered for and more. My years of experience in the industry mean I can adapt to any situation or requests , dietary needs and I always love a new challenge.
