I cook from when I can remember, I started cooking with the age of 6 years and after 40 years I'm still cooking, but now I do professionally. I am and I have always been a self-taught, I believe that when you do something with passion, learning is something that brings pleasure and happiness. I started my career as a professional kitchen 24 years ago, in my home country Romania and at 25-year-old I moved to Spain. There I learned the Spanish and Mediterranean kitchen and afterwards I started the way in the modern kitchen. I like new challenges, so I studied on my own other cuisines, such as Nikkei cuisine, Arab cuisine among others. I believe that a good cook is not based only in recipes, must be organized, neat, clean, a good leader and especially a good person. The main ingredient in any recipe is love and to have love, you have to be a good person. My cuisine is based on taste, texture and presentation and usually I use mergers between several kitchens to obtain in the end a unique and surprising dish.
