I strive to give the best.

I studied gastronomy and culinary arts in İstanbul for 4 years. After my education I worked in the Nikkei cuisine restaurant in Swissotel The Bosphorus. After that I worked in Japanese cuisine restaurant İnari Omakase, which is selected in Michelin Guide. After my career in İstanbul, I continue my career in Dubai. I am currently working in Mediterrarean cuisine. Peruvian, Asian and Mediterrarean cuisines are among the cuisines I have experience in.
