With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage Production Department, working across various 5-star and 4-star hotels and restaurants, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your culinary team.

Currently, I am employed as a Private Chef with British client preparing healthy food for them, where I manage kitchen operations, menu development, and ensure high standards in food preparation & daily meal plan for our valuable customers and presentation. My culinary journey has allowed me to specialize in Western cuisine, with expertise in à la carte service, buffet preparation, garnishing, pre-plate set-up, and crafting unique sauces and vegetable dishes. Additionally, I have honed my skills in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, bringing a fusion of flavour and technique to the table.

I hold several key certifications, including a HACCP Diploma (Level 1), a Food Safety Diploma, and a PIC certificate from the Dubai Municipality. I also earned my Professional Chef/Cook Diploma and recently completed a fine dining course at SCAFA College in JLT, Dubai, where I enhance my knowledge of modern culinary techniques and fine dining presentation.
