I start my career in 2012 in a ramada hotel in pastry section and then i move to Chinese section and continental kitchen. Move to dubai then i learn italian and american cuisine. Then move to another company to develop and design new menu. After that project i again start learn greek cuisine and working on fusion. Tradional to fuision.
