After working for over 15 years in Hospitality, most of them in Casinos, fine dining restaurants and hotels, I decided to be devoted in private and exclusive dining services.

I learned to cook at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Greece, and then by following great Chefs in their cuisines at high-end restaurants and hotels.

Being a private Chef gives me the advantage to offer tailor-made service with my personal touch using every time the highest quality of ingredients.

My passion? Creating dishes with love and smoothly offer memorable experiences for my guests through my gastronomic knowledge.

Thank you for a lovely meal

We were 100% satisfied with the service provided by Konstantinos’ colleague, Daniel. The food was delicious, and he took the most out of the equipment our villa provided. Daniel is very professional and pleasant person, his skills would definitely elevate your dinner.

We were a group of 9 who really enjoyed this experience. Chef Konstantinos Lioumis made a superb menu and we recommend him and his colleagues highly. Not only was the food delicious but we would have had food for days to come.

Konstantinos catered our 30th wedding anniversary celebration at our villa. He was very professional and he and his assistant managed to make the best of what we had available in the villa! We had some food that we had not tried before and everything was delicious. It was a very good evening and Konstantinos kindly included 2 bottles of wine too. It was nice not to have to wash up at the end of the evening. We would definitely recommend Konstantinos to anyone thinking of using a private chef in Zakynthos.

Takeachef.com offered me the choice of 3 proposals from chefs on Zakynthos. The one of Chef @Michalopoulosilias86 (Konstantinos Lioumis) appealed the most since it looked most authentic, but also very well explained re ingredients. All communications to organise went in a very amicable way smooth and fast. On the evening itself the Chef and his colleague came in time as agreed and immediately started the preparations with the limited equipped kitchen as you can expect in a (rented) holiday home. What has been prepared well surpassed our expectations. The delicate tastes, textures and combinations of flavors, the variety of dishes, made this dinner a true Zakynthian/Greek culinary dream. Every dish was (completely) explained in a way that made you want to start eating it immediately. Next to the abundance of food, the service was impeccable - no glass remained empty, plates were handwashed in between every course and every question we asked was answered, not only food related, but also on Zakynthos with tips where to go. I definitely recommend this Chef (@Michalopoulosilias86 (Konstantinos Lioumis) for your dinner on Zakynthos whether it being a private party or business event!

The meal was turned around in 24 hours as it was a last minute request from us, so we were surpised that it could be organised so quickly. Elias was super friendly, really accomodating and delivered everything to the table in a timely fashion, keeping me fully informed of the schedule whilst remaining flexible. The food was great much of which was cooked on the open grill by the table and using local ingrediants. The only negative was that there was too much food so it felt a little wasteful, although we ate much of it the next day! All the guests loved the food.
