George Kagialis - Executive Chef
"My name is George Kagialis. In 1999 I studied in Chef’s Oeuvre and I have worked in different Hotels and Restaurants in Greece and abroad where I have learnt many new techniques in gastronomy. I have worked as Executive Chef in luxury Hotels in Crete, from Elouda to Chania.
Additionally, I am certified evaluator of global organization WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) and I have Aristotle Certification Training and Assessment (ACTA) - Certified Executive Chef (CEC).
I am an elite member of Chef Club Greece. I have already 19 years of experience in gastronomy. Nowadays I am working as an Executive Chef one cyti hotel in Athens
