I feel like cooking is a way of expressing myself. Being creative, clean and punctual are things i see as most important in the kitchen.
I grew up in Sicily, surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean, and I traveled to Egypt, Albania, England, Greece, Serbia, Spain, Malta, and Holland. It was during those travels that my culinary ideas evolved, and I created my own unique style, always respecting my tradition. I have beenworking in the industry for almost 15 years and have collaborated with chefs awarded the Golden Hat and Michelin stars. I am an experienced executive chef, skilled in creating new menus, providing service consultancy, organizing events, and developing new concepts.
