I am a chef and nutritionist, graduated in Sao Paulo Brazil.

Today I live in Dusseldorf in Germany but I am available for family private chef and yoga retreats in Portugal, Spain, Germany and England.

In Sao Paulo I ran a veggie catering for 15 years and today I am chef of a soul food restaurant.

My professional purpose includes cooking plant based food, with low carb, high energy content and healthy.

I prefer local ingredients. I prefer short term contracts and summer retreats.

I practice yoga, running and am passionate about surfing.

I believe in the power of food as a union and care.

My professional experiences include not only cooking in restaurants but also preparing food for large parties and private events.

Yoga and surf retreats are on my favorite list.

Andalusian, Mediterranean, Brazilian, Korean, Japanese kitchens are among my favorites.

At home, my parents had a bakery when I was little and lived nearby. My family always worked with food. I went to college of nutrition and gastronomy

I like fresh and raw ingredients. I always try to meet local suppliers to understand what ingredients are available that season.
