Cooking since I'm 13 years old - I had to. Trough my 18 years cooking journey I had different phases, from cooking with artifical ingredients, to cooking mostly vegan stuff, to creating all the ingredients for my cooking from scratch (different kinds of stocks, herbal salts, breads, granola, healthy treats etc.) - it was a long way and I learned a lot. Swiss, asian & croatian cooking - I'd say that would describe my style the best.
