A professional chef since 2009, I have learned true passion and flavor from my mother. To me, taste is just as vital as presentation.
I have been a professional chef in gastronomy for 16 years. I completed my chef training at the Dorint Hotel Freiburg and the Hotellerie School of Villingen (Schwarzwald). In 2016, I earned my Masterchef (Staatlich Diplomierter Küchenmeister) degree in Villingen-Schwenningen. I have cooked in various restaurants across Germany and Switzerland, specializing in a wide range of international cuisines, including Mediterranean, Oriental, and Middle European. With a particular focus on Southeast Asian restaurants like Vietnamese and Laotian, my travels to Southeast Asia, Turkish heritage, and general interest in Asian cuisine have made me particularly skilled in preparing these dishes authentically.
