I am a swiss professional private chef since of 10 years. Absolved my culinary degree and swiss internship in Bern with an expertise in European cuisine. In such a young age I was able to work within different segments of the gastronomy from *Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels and bistros. I feel best to communicate with swiss german and english.

Ken is a great and creative chef. He was very kind throughout the whole process, from the menu proposal all the way to the day of the event. He made the experience very special by creating a unique menu that you would have not tasted elsewhere as it had a very personal touch influenced by all his experiences as a young chef. Im definately looking forward to doing this again! Thanks Ken
