Knowledge is the main reason I travel around different countries and kitchens.

After a few years my passion for cooking grew up more and more and I understood that is not just about the food, it is also about the people and culture what make the food culture great.

I had the opportunity to run my own place in Spain before I moved to UK with the family so I have the knowledge of what you need to run a business, GP, COST, HOURS, PEOPLE AND MOTIVATION. I learn how to teach and motivate a team which is the most important part for a successful business , I love to guide a group of guys to follow the same philosophy.

I also love working by myself and had the opportunity to work as a private chef in Ibiza, working for David Guetta, Kylian Mbappé, Paulo Dybala, Di María and many more...as one of the best professional experience of my career.

I had the experience of working in the south of Italy in a very small Hotel with its own land that grows its own organic products. An amazing professional experience concentrating in cooking traditional italian dishes from the most fresh ingredients.
