Chef A Domicilio En EivissaHi! My mane is Stefano, I am Italian, from a small city called Pescara, I left Italy on 2007 and I started traveling the world when I was 20.
I lived and worked always as Chef in many cities: London (8 Years) Auckland, New Zealand( 2years), Sydney, Australia ( 1 Year) and Ibiza, Spain (3 years).
For me the secret of cooking is simply to be careful with the details, such as the combination of spices or for example the choice of cooking technique of each ingredient.
I always like to try something new as I really believe that in the kitchen we really have infinite possibilities to create.
I received my degree in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking at I.P.S.S.A.R Giovanni Marchitelli, Villa Santa Maria (CH) Italy, although I credit most of my culinary skills to my work experience in amazing institutions, Il Cicchetto Bar to name one .
