As a kid in the late's 1990s I tended to cook every week with my mother at home. This habit led to my fascination with cooking and that is the reason why I became a Chef.
I like to cook all kind of meals from traditional to fine dinning with modern techniques. I am interested in super food and healthy ingredients and I try to include them in my dishes to add
extra nutritional value to my recipes.
I have over 10 years of experience working as a Chef in restaurants and 5 star hotels. Currently, I am working as a Sous Chef in one of the busiest colleges in Cambridge.
