Chef A Domicilio En ValènciaSo, my name is Michelangelo, a southern Italy born guy who, after a decade working for a prestigious group, has taken the bold move to step out of his comfort zone and dedicate time and life to gastronomy and hospitality. Cooking passionately since childhood, at the age of 34, I began my career as a chef in Lisbon, where I learnt the full responsibility and perseverance that requires this office.
My culinary concept is based on the simplicity and the elegance of eating well. Focusing on healthy preparation, choosing the best seasonal products, farm to table with new methods and updated cooking techniques. I'm what you might probably call a green chef. In my kitchen, my nutritional concern took me to develop special recipes that combine the right balance of ingredients, nutritional values and flavor presented appealingly.
Over the past 20 years I ate my way through the world while traveling, working and living in other countries. I have travelled to bring you my personal interpretation of local and foreign dishes. Some will have my Italian influences and childhood memories and some will be totally new experiences I have acquired in my travels.
