Chris y Maruxa, born in Chile and Galicia respectively, have roots in regions with a rich gastronomic culture.
Both places are recognized as gourmet paradises because of the quality of raw materials.
They offer a unique Galician–Chilean fusion, simple preparations where the quality of the product is the star.
Maruxa was profoundly influenced by her grandmother, who transmitted to her the knowledge of traditional Galician Cuisine and the search of the finest ingredients. She graduated and completed a master's degree in Hotel Management and Gastronomy at CSHG (Hotel Management School of Galicia). After 15 years working in luxury hotels and restaurants around Europe, she moved to Mallorca to start a gourmet project (Bricemar Food SL). She just received an innovation award in circular economy from the Galician government; her project proposes a sustainable improvement for the Galician fishing industry. She promotes a new gastronomic era, conscious, sustainable, and with the importance of holistic nutrition.
Chris, a Chilean national, grew up in a country surrounded by the bounty of the sea and renowned vineyards. She is a professional chef and a passionate creator of gastronomic experiences. She graduated from the École Culinaire Française in Chile in 2005. With over 10 years of experience, Chris has dedicated her career to producing corporate, brand, and business events in Latin America. In this field, she has successfully fused her passion for cooking with event organization, creating unique and unforgettable experiences for all attendees.
