Maruxa born in Galicia, probably the first food paradise in Spain.

Maruxa was profoundly influenced by her grandmother, who transmitted to her the knowledge of traditional Galician Cuisine and the search of the finest ingredients. She graduated and completed a master's degree in Hotel Management and Gastronomy at CSHG (Hotel Management School of Galicia). After 15 years working in luxury hotels and restaurants around Europe, she moved to Mallorca to start a gourmet project (Bricemar Food SL). She just received an innovation award in circular economy from the Galician government; her project proposes a sustainable improvement for the Galician fishing industry. She promotes a new gastronomic era, conscious, sustainable, and with the importance of holistic nutrition.
