Chef Privado En BarcelonaMaria Molina is a plant-based chef and entrepreneur. She is the founder of MOLT VEG Organic Art Food based in Barcelona Poblenou, a project dedicated to delicious food specifically designed to feed your body with pure real food.
Early on in her career Maria set up an aspirational Vegan restaurant, Plant Based Barcelona, which led her to host her own Plant based pop up nights for some years and has a wealth of experience developing recipes, writing menus and curating events.
Now teaching worldwide online, her passion lies in sharing and inspiring passion through plants always with a focus on mental health and planetary wellbeing.
With a keen eye for plating and a passion for the most vibrant, seasonal ingredients with sprinkles of adaptogenic herbs and tonics. Here to nurture your plant curiosity MOLT VEG collaborates with the best chefs in the industry to teach cutting edge techniques, elevated plating and conscious cooking always with a focus on natural ingredients, elevated.
