I have over nine years of experience as a chef, inspired by my mother’s love for cooking and driven by deep respect for animals and nature.
I’ve worked in renowned vegetarian and vegan restaurants in cities like Berlin and Vancouver. Collaborating with international teams has given me invaluable personal and professional growth.
In recent years, cooking has become a form of creative meditation for me. It helps me connect with the present moment, and each dish is a canvas where I express flavor, color, and texture.
