I'm a passionate chef whose culinary journey began in Ecuador, where I fell in love with gastronomy. My passion led me to Lima, Peru, where I studied gastronomy at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu school. My goal is to blend Peruvian culinary traditions with the techniques and flavors I've learned in Lima, creating unique and delicious gastronomic experiences.
