Chef Privado En O GroveAs a chef, my profile is truly fascinating and diverse. I grew up in the beautiful Rías Baixas of Galicia, immersed in the family restaurant that has been the center of my life since I was very young. I was fortunate to be nourished by Michelin-starred chefs, who undoubtedly left a profound mark on my culinary upbringing.
But the influence of my Colombian mother has also been instrumental in my career as a chef. The fusion of Galician culinary traditions with the flavors and techniques of Colombia has been an explosive and wonderful combination. My mother taught me to appreciate fresh ingredients and create dishes full of flavor and personality.
In addition, my travels around the world have been an endless source of inspiration and culinary knowledge. I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in different cuisines and cultures in countries such as the United States, Morocco, and the United Kingdom. I learned from local chefs and experimented with indigenous ingredients and techniques, greatly expanding my culinary repertoire.
My training also includes a higher degree in cuisine and gastronomy obtained in Santiago de Compostela. This academic experience provided me with a solid foundation in culinary techniques, kitchen management, and theoretical knowledge, complementing my practical learning.
