Hi, my name is Giuseppe Vivacqua, I am an Italian chef born in Turin but originally from southern Italy.

Like many chefs, my journey began in my mother's kitchen. From an early age I noticed that cooking gave me a sense of joy.

I didn't attend culinary school but rather a graphic arts school however at the age of 23 when I set foot in a professional kitchen for the first time I understood that it would be my future.

For me each ingredient should be respected, its origin, its preparation and cooking and finally its presentation.

In the last years of my career I specialized in plant based, healthy and gluten-free cuisine

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Beppe! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even during the reservation process. He arrived right on time and took the time to explain every detail of the menu with enthusiasm and clarity. The entire experience felt interactive and engaging—like cooking together with a friend. Beppe guided me through the preparation and finishing touches of the dishes, sharing recipes and tips along the way. It was not only informative but also so much fun! The food itself was exceptional—fresh, healthy, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The gluten-free and vegan options were just as amazing as the rest of the menu. Some of the standout dishes included the Vitello Tonnato, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, homemade lasagna, Mediterranean turbot, and, of course, the delicious tiramisu. What a lovely experience ! Marta is a fascinating chef who cooks everything with so much love and the freshest ingredients! Our group was concerned the portions wouldn’t be enough after looking at menu and they certainly were and more ! We had many left overs that provided us meals for the days to come, meals were absolutely delicious and she was a joy to work with, very sweet, and responsive to all our questions. Additionally she set up the table absolute lovely and stunning. I would highly recommend using her and will definitely be hiring her again whenever I come back to visit. Thank you Marta for a truly beautiful and wonderful lunch !!!

It was amazing! She only used regional products and supported small shops in Ibiza. Everything was prepared with so much passion and everything was delicious. I can only recommend Marta. She is marvellous.

We had such a lovely experience with Marta. She was unable to attend our breakfast but her replacement, Fabiana was so sweet and extremely warm and inviting. Everything was communicated very clearly and we enjoyed a delicious, healthy breakfast. She also had made a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend Marta and Fabiana! Chef Marta was just what we needed, a great and delicious multi course meal, with some delightfully surprising local dishes, served with a smile and a story for each course. She was very friendly and easy going and adapted as we were dealing with a ill/under the weather child at the same time!
