I am a passionate cook, eager to continuously explore new flavours, always adapting to my customers.
My name is Farid Botros, I'm from Egypt. After having my bachelor's degree in International management of Culinary Arts in Institut Paul Bocuse, Lyon, France, I am now pursuing a Master's degree in Gastronomic Sciences at the Basque Culinary Center, San Sebastián, Spain. Whether it's nostalgia, happiness, or excitement, my passion has always been to provoke a certain emotion to the people I am cooking for.
I saw that San Sebastián lacks middle eastern restaurants, so my mission is for my guests to explore my identity in my Menu.
While I love to cook my cuisine, I also have experience in French, Italian, and Japanese cuisines, so whether it's bistro-style or fine-dining, I can make a menu to suit you!
