Being a chef was always his dream and passion, he loves to give a great food experience to those he is cooking for.
Fabio has started his journey in his hometown in Sicily studying the power of culinary. Right after finishing his studies, he went to explore other cuisines to Malta and Greece working in traditional restaurants and hotels.
As he has always sought for a new experience, Fabio came to London nearly six years ago and was working with besides great chefs in one of the most popular restaurants such as Gordon Ramsey's, GAUCHO, COYA and NOBU.
