Chef Privado En Santa Eulària Des RiuAs a seasoned Chef, I boast a dozen years of culinary expertise gained in both Italy and London, where I have resided for almost a decade. My culinary journey began at the esteemed Pellegrino Artusi culinary school in Recoaro Terme, Italy, where I earned my certificate, equivalent to UK Level 2, in 2007.
In pursuit of further culinary excellence and new challenges, I moved to London in 2009. Since then, I have had the privilege of working in reputable kitchens, where I have acquired valuable knowledge and skills in delivering exceptional dishes to diners.
For over five years, I have been operating as a Private Chef in Ibiza, serving clients from some of the best Catering companies while also managing a loyal base of private clients. My culinary repertoire extends beyond traditional Italian and modern Mediterranean cuisine, as I also have a keen interest in infusing Oriental, Asian, and Caribbean flavours into my culinary creations.
