It's what I enjoy doing, I want to leave beautiful culinary memories in my clients and for them to go home with a smile on their face.
I am a chef with a long career and culinary experience. I studied for two years in international gastronomy schools and then a postgraduate degree in fine dining cuisine in Lucerne, Switzerland. I had the opportunity to develop my skills in restaurants of large hotel chains such as the W Barcelona, the Hilton Hotel Barcelona, among others, and extensive experience in fine dining restaurants. My culinary art is based on the latest techniques in gastronomy but without forgetting the origins of each dish. I love minimalism, few ingredients and lots of flavor. My strengths are Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, Mexican and Venezuelan cuisine, I have worked in restaurants in northern Europe such as Norway and the Netherlands, serving Nordic cuisine. I am ready to conquer palates.
