Hello! My name is Chef Cesar. I am a very passionate chef who really loves his profession and has therefore been active in the profession for about 25 years. My roots are in Argentina, Spain and Italy. A mix of cultures that is special. You will taste and see this in my dishes.
In addition to my roots, I discovered the kitchen profession at a young age and grew up and trained in refined Mediterranean and French cuisine. My specialty is fish.
During my career I have had the opportunity to work with several top and star chefs. Nazario Cano is special in this regard, I have had the opportunity to create many beautiful dishes with him. I also owned a small picturesque restaurant in the beautiful mountainous area of Abdet on the Costa Blanca. Unfortunately, like many, I lost my restaurant due to Corona.
Despite this loss, the blood flows where it cannot go and my heart still warms when I can cook. That's why I decided to join Take a Chef. This way I can bring my cooking skills to your home!
¡Hola! Mi nombre es Chef César. Soy un chef muy apasionado que ama mucho su profesión y, por lo tanto, he estado activo en ella durante unos 25 años. Mis raíces están en Argentina, España e Italia. Una mezcla de culturas que es especial. Lo probarás y verás en mis platos.
Además de mis raíces, descubrí el oficio de cocina desde muy joven y crecí y me formé en la refinada cocina mediterránea y francesa. Mi especialidad es el pescado.
Durante mi carrera he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con varios chefs destacados y estrella. Nazario Cano es especial en este sentido, he tenido la oportunidad de crear con él muchos platos bonitos. También era dueño de un pequeño y pintoresco restaurante en la hermosa zona montañosa de Abdet en la Costa Blanca. Desafortunadamente, como muchos, perdí mi restaurante debido a Corona.
A pesar de esta pérdida, la sangre fluye donde no puede llegar y mi corazón todavía se calienta cuando puedo cocinar. Por eso decidí unirme a Take a Chef. ¡De esta manera puedo llevar mis habilidades culinarias a tu casa!
