Since 2000 in Ibiza, Courchevel and St Tropez, i am a French villas and yachts chef with a gastronomic trajectory that goes back several generations.
I have been formed by the best chefs of France (Bernard Loiseau, Alain Ducasse, Jean-François Piège). After more than fifteen years of making my Catering business one of the best on the island (El catering frances), while managing my private chef company, i had just spent four years as a yacht’s chef around the world.
My helpers and me, will make your holidays an unforgettable moment.
