During the last ten years I have not only worked among the best international cuisines, but I have also been running my own rural tourism complex. At the same time, I have not stopped teaching cooking classes. I have been working as a private chef and events manager for eight years, both in Ibiza and Barcelona.
In addition, my extensive professional experience has been consolidated in establishments with high quality standards. All this has contributed to the fact that, nowadays, I can guarantee the best results in any type of gastronomic challenge.
