My parents cooked for us with love and conscientiousness using healthy, seasonal products. My childhood was full of flavors and colour, vegetables and fruits. I started cooking because I really enjoy eating. So I put my heart into everything I prepare.
I studied in Argentina for three years in a cooking institute, where I learned deferents techniques and classics recipes. With my firsts practices I knew that I wanted to be a professional chef.
I worked in Argentina for some time. Then I came to Spain to develop my skills and knowledge, falling in love with the Mediterranean cuisine. I've spent many years working hard in different restaurants. Now I am proud to share (and express my passion) with families and guests as a private chef.
